MA10 Melter/Applicator - The fastest and most efficient method for the application of hot applied crack sealants. The MA10 will also apply material from 30G or 55G Flex Kettles or any larger melter. Can be used without heat for cold pour materials. Up to 600 lbs. of sealant can be melted and applied per day by ONE (1) MAN with the MA10. Enough to seal 4800 linear feet of 1/2" x 1/2" cracks.

The MA10 is mounted on steel wheels and comes equipped with spring loaded hand controlled release valve, steel screed for striking off the sealant in uniform width, burner assembly with hose and regulator and temperature gauge, and a platform for propane bottles (propane bottles not included). Various screed widths are also available. The MA10 is easy to maneuver for following random cracks. No heavy dragging like other wheeled applicators! Many times faster than hand held pour pots.
